At Seawall Medic, we believe seawall and dock repair shouldn’t be confusing or disruptive. That’s why we follow a proven, step-by-step process that puts your property – and your peace of mind – first.

Step 1:

Free On-Site Evaluation

Our owner Mike Brandt will perform every consultation personally and will perform a detailed inspection of your seawall including the following:

  • Identify cracks, voids, and structural risks
  • Use probing tools to detect soil loss or erosion
  • Check for drainage issues
  • Evaluate footer condition
  • Explain your repair options in plain language
Step 2:
Customized Repair Plan

Every property is different. We recommend the best repair for yours.

Based on your evaluation, we’ll recommend one or more of the following:

  • Seawall cap repair
  • Polyurethane foam injection
  • New weep drains/drainage restoration
  • Piling and/or panel reinforcement
  • Crack sealing
  • Silane/migrating corrosion inhibitor application to cap
  • Installation of a waler
  • Footer replacement or fortification
  • Tie back repairs or replacement
Step 3:

Precision Repair

Fast, clean work with minimal disruption.

Once approved, our crew gets to work:

  • We take pre-existing photos and videos to document condition of property prior to work starting
  • Protect surrounding area of work and surfaces.
  • Mobilize tools and equipment to work area and put our work float(s) in the water.
  • Perform a safety check a have a pre-job discussion with the crew and to make sure everybody understands project goals and expectations
  • All repairs are done with attention to a clean and safe work zone. At the end of the workday an especially thorough cleaning is performed. Appropriate safety cautionary measures are left for the safety of homeowners/pedestrians.
  • We are respectful to care for landscaping and property of owners.
Step 4:

Final Walkthrough

Your satisfaction comes first – We’re not finished until you give us the thumbs up👍🏻

After the repair, we’ll walk the property with you:

  • Review the work completed
  • Ensure everything is secure and clean
  • Provide maintenance tips to help you with your investment
  • Provide owner with a link to file of pics and videos of the work performed by Seawall Medic (for owner’s records and viewing pleasure:)
